FAQ

Your Questions Answered

Will it use our water?

Essentially no. We use dry cooling, like a car radiator, not a swamp cooler. Water is only for bathrooms and drinking. Our closed-loop system can actually be net water-positive: roughly 1.5 acre-feet of new water per 100 MW annually.

How loud will it be?

We're targeting 55 decibels at the property line, about as loud as a normal conversation or a quiet office. The site is several miles from town, so from Delta it will be essentially silent.

What about traffic?

Construction traffic uses designated routes, not residential streets. We've submitted highway access plans to UDOT. Once built, data centers need surprisingly few people on-site day-to-day.

Jobs?

Construction jobs during build-out, then permanent operations and maintenance positions long-term. We hire locally where possible and partner with local businesses.

5 Years of Partnership

Built With Utah

We've spent 5 years working alongside Utah legislators, Millard County officials, and community members to develop this project the right way.

  • 5 pieces of state legislation passed
  • Conditional Use Permit unanimously approved
  • Heavy Industrial zoning approved June 2025
  • Zoning approved for solar
  • Ongoing coordination with State, County and local officials

We're not building a project and leaving. We're building infrastructure that will serve this region for 50 years. That means being a responsible neighbor, a reliable employer, and a contributor to the community's long-term success.
